Customer Service/New Account Information

NEW ACCOUNTS

To open an account, call our office with the following information:

• Customer name
• Service address
• Phone number
• Billing address
• Property owner's name and address
• Date service is to be started

GARBAGE SERVICE IS MANDATORY IN EL GRANADA, MONTARA, MOSS BEACH, AND PRINCETON.

Recycling bins are supplied by Seacoast Disposal.
Customers are required to purchase their own garbage cans.

SPECIAL PICKUPS

• Call office for more information.

BILLING

• Bills are for 2 months--one month in advance and one month in arrears.
• PAYING TO THE END OF THE YEAR DOES NOT INCLUDE RATE INCREASES, SPECIAL PICKUPS, OR EXTRA CHARGES.
• Bills may be paid:
